A Coastal Modern vision in concrete, this $300,000 outdoor renovation sits in The Concession, a 1,200-acre golf community. A joint effort with Sawa Design and Sherwood Pros, this project boasts custom concrete fire pits, concrete countertops, concrete planter pots, concrete cabinetry with floating shelves, concrete dining and coffee tables, and 12-foot concrete benches, all in a 3,000 square foot outdoor kitchen and entertainment space. From design feasibility to production and install logistics, it was a collaboration between trusted vendors, artisans, and designers that brought this vision to concrete reality. With custom tiling, a concrete fireplace and concrete inset sink, the intelligent details realized in this space are simply stunning.
