Boasting a marvelously cantilevered third floor room, Harbor Drive is a stunning 70,000 square foot luxury home overlooking the water.  Working with DSDG Architects, we exacted an array of concrete features, some from our modern design collection as well as some impressive custom features. The design sensibility captured in our work is centered on the play between height and weightlessness. Most striking are the 25-foot tall fireplace surround and structurally engineered floating stair steps above a concrete coped moat and floating pavers. Included on the property are our signature fire pits and fire tables from our modern design collection. This project was built with the help of our friends Voigt brothers for whom we exclusively build stair treads.
